Am I able to cancel/ edit an order after it has been placed?
We strive to ship as quickly as possible and orders are locked into our inventory and payment systems as soon as they are placed. For this reason, we unfortunately aren’t able to cancel any orders. If you choose to return any items, you will be responsible for the return fees that are associated.
Do you do corporate gifting?
While we do not specialize in corporate gifting, we would be more than happy to collaborate with you on curating the perfect gifts for your event or occasion. Wether you're hosting a workshop, meditation/ yoga retreat, or simply for employee appreciation and recognition, we will put together the perfect box for your needs.
How do I contact you?
You can get in touch with us anytime by emailing hello@karunagifts.com. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and you will receive a reply within 1-2 business days.
How long does it take for my items ship out after I place my order?
We pack up and ship the box out quickly- within 24-48 hours of you placing the order. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. As soon as orders are shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is dependent upon the weight and quantity of the items ordered and will be calculated upon checkout accordingly.
What is your return policy?
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@karunagifts.com and we will do our very best to work with you to resolve the issue. Your happiness is our number one priority! Any damage that may have occurred in transit must be reported within 5 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Returns must be made within 14 business days and customers are responsible for return shipping label fees.

We don’t currently have a formal Brand Ambassador or Influencer Program, but we love seeing how our community uses Karuna Gifts items in their everyday lives. What's the Build A Box option?
We have a special feature which allows you to curate your own customized gift box with the items from our shop to send to someone you care about! Simply add items to your box and move through the required steps off gift wrapping, card selection and gift message writing. We will take care of printing out your message and include it inside the box.
I just did the Build A Box and plan on sending the gift box directly to the recipient...will an invoice or receipt be included?
Nope! Your gift is a gift and no tags, pricing or packing slip of any kind is included in the box.
It won't let me move forward on the Build A Box page. Why?
To be able to have a beautiful presentation and perfectly packed gift box, we require a minimum of 5 gifts to be added when building your own custom gift box. Once you have added 5 items to your box, you will be able to move on to the next page.
What is Furoshiki wrapping?
Furoshiki is a square-shaped Japanese traditional wrapping cloth that is eco-friendly and used for wrapping gifts. Inspired by the elegance of this Japanese tradition, we use beautiful fabric to carefully envelop your gifts. Not only does furoshiki cloth gift wrap add an extra layer of charm and uniqueness to each box, but it can be reused again and again, reducing waste and embracing sustainability.
